EMPOWERMENT, ETHICAL DECISION MAKING AND STAKEHOLDER CONSULTATION: A FRAMEWORK FOR ASPIRING ETHICAL LEADERS
This work was written in 2006 for a final paper in an Ethical Leadership course. Awesomely enough, I received an A+ for the course. I have used this paper for several purposes, such as: presenting at Carleton University’s Social Sciences and Humanities conference of 2009 and it was recently published in Belgium with Peeter’s publishers (2013). Using this framework, I have assisted many social service organizations and run businesses successfully while making stakeholder consultation at the centre of decision-making.
